NOTE: We strongly suggest you schedule a consultation with one of our trademark lawyers before proceeding with a trademark application.  During a consultation we will review your trademark and statement of wares/services to ensure compliance with trademark rules and we will conduct a quick trademark search to determine if there are other trademark applications or registrations which may interfere with your application.  Consultations cost $250.00, either in person or via telephone.  Call us at 416-622-4465 for a consultation.

To order one or more of the above trademark applications, please fill out the TRADEMARK APPLICATION REQUEST FORM (including the credit card payment form), sign and date the forms and then fax them to us at 416-622-4724.  We generally file trademark applications within 24 to 72 hours after receiving the completed forms.  Alternatively, set up a consultation and we will take care of everything on your behalf. Note: the above quoted fees do not include the costs associated with processing the application after filing which, for a Canadian trademark application, will range from $450 to $650 over a 24 month period, plus the government issue fees, assuming there are no office actions, extensions or oppositions.
