Mr. Shimi is counsel with the firm of Borges & Rolle LLP.
 
Mr. Shimi obtained his B.Sc. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Western Ontario in 2000 and was recognized as a Dean's List Honor.  Following completion of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Shimi obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in law from Cleveland State University, and in 2003 was recognized as a Dean's List Honor for his outstanding academic achievement and ProBono contributions to the community.

Mr. Shimi articled with the law office of Borges & Rolle LLP.  He practices in the areas of trademark law and business law.
