David Seed B.Sc., M.Sc., LL.B. - Barrister & Solicitor
Mr. Seed is counsel to the firm of Borges & Rolle LLP. He practices in the area of intellectual property and commercial litigation.
Mr. Seed received his H.B.Sc. in pharmacology and a M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario. He studied at the Osgoode Hall law school where he received his LL.B and his LL.M. He is presently completing a masters degree in Intellectual Property Law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.
Mr. Seed is an experienced intellectual property litigation lawyer, having appeared before every level of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
